1. Create and refine the Development Specification document.  This is the most important phase of the project.  By creating a clear, no-nonsense specification, both parties can be clear as to the requirement and scope of the development work.
2. Once the Development Specification has been defined and agreed, Web Management Studio will prepare a detailed Project Plan and Quotation (the Proposal) for your consideration and approval.
3. Once the Proposal has been accepted, Web Management Studio commences the development in line with the Project Plan.  Unusually, we provide you with access to the development environment so that you can monitor and test the development as it progresses.  We believe this is an important aspect of our development service as it eliminates the 'surprise factor' that so often occurs at the end of a project!
4. At the end of the development we schedule a formal review of the application against the Development Specification to ensure that all aspects of the requirement have been addressed.

Such an open approach does require additional commitment and responsibility from you, the customer, as it is necessary for you to find the time to become involved in the detail of the project.
