- A half day represents 4½ hours on site with 20 minutes allocated for breaks
- A full day represents 8½ hours on site with 60 minutes allocated for breaks
- The customer is responsible for providing the training environment (one or more PCs as required with Internet access)
- Courses can accommodate up to 6 delegates
- Travelling/hotel expenses may be charged in addition to the listed course fee
