Our comprehensive leasing plan provides you with the following components:

  • Web Site Hosting with one of the UK’s leading service providers (worth £240/year).
  • Web Management Studio ‘Single Domain’ Licence (rrp £1,495).
  • Web Management Studio Support Access Licence. Up to one-hour’s telephone support per month and automatic installation of software Service Packs and interim product updates (worth £480.00/year).
  • Access to the Client.net – Web Management Studio’s on‑line resource for the latest information on product updates, advanced administration techniques, software trials and application development programmes.

Plan Detail

Included

The following components are included in the standard £49/month leasing charge:

  1. The web hosting service provides the following facilities and services:
    1. Up to 800MB of web space on a (shared) Microsoft 2003 Web Server
    2. Up to 150 standard email (POP3) accounts – including SPAM filtering and advanced email management options
    3. Up to 20GB/month of visitor traffic
    4. Advanced web site statistics and reporting
    5. Up to 20MB of Microsoft SQL data storage (required for the Web Management Studio Content Database ).
  2. One ‘Single Domain’ Web Management Studio product application licence.
  3. Installation and configuration of the standard/default Web Management Studio application suite on the web server.
  4. Provision of monthly Support Access Licence (SAL) consisting of four Support Tokens representing one‑hour’s telephone support per calendar month.

Excluded

The following components are not included in the standard £49/month leasing charge:

  1. Cost of domain name registration/renewal.
  2. Any costs associated with the development of the web site design (i.e. creative graphic design, development of company logos, ‘corporate’ styles and other ‘visual’ features).
  3. Development of the Web Management Studio ‘ Master Pages ’.
  4. Loading of web site content (other than that loaded by way of demonstration and testing of the Web Management Studio installation).
  5. Any features, functions or services not expressly defined above.

Options

The following options can be included in the leasing plan by increasing the monthly charge:

  1. Microsoft Exchange Server email accounts.
  2. Microsoft Sharepoint.
  3. Ecommerce solutions.
  4. Domain name registration, renewal and DNS management.
  5. Support for additional domains and domain aliases (including multi‑language support).
  6. Increased web/SQL Service space allocation.
  7. Increased monthly bandwidth consumption.
  8. Inclusion of bespoke development costs in monthly payment.

 

General Terms and Conditions

  1. All quoted prices and charges are exclusive of VAT.
  2. Monthly charge will be invoiced quarterly in advance.
  3. Failure to make payment within 5 working days of the agreed date will result in the web site being removed from service.
  4. This contract has a minimum term of 6 months. Early cancellation/termination will require that the balance be paid as a single payment.
  5. All licence terms and conditions apply:
    1. End User Licence Agreement ( EULA )
    2. Support Access Licence Agreement ( SALA )
